Lucky charms and symbols

These jewelry pieces were created as New Year’s charms or on the occasion of an anniversary and continue to accompany the rest of the jewelry collections.

Some are experiential, such as the kakule that reminds me of my grandmother and her oriental origins or the shuttle that reminds me of my childhood and my father who taught me how to make them. Some have references to ancient artifacts and as I work on their history they are transmuted into objects with new symbolism. Others are inspired by my need to declare the power of diversity, minority, or simply our nature.

I feel that all of these jewels have in common the tenderness with which I approach everything, around me or within me, that moves and motivates me.
